Does MenuDot work for any kind of rental business?
Yes. The platform can be adapted to different kinds of inventory, such as games, books, costumes, party supplies, equipment and other rental products.
How does the Free plan work?
It has the same catalog, checkout and WhatsApp features as Starter, with up to 10 active items and 10 requests per month — perfect for trying MenuDot with no commitment before subscribing to a paid plan. No commission on sales.
Do I need to install anything?
No. MenuDot runs online and the dashboard can be accessed from your browser.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. The business can change plans as the operation grows or needs new features — subscriptions have no commitment, just talk to us and we'll adjust it for you.
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
Yes. Billing is recurring via Mercado Pago and you can cancel at any time, with no penalty.
What happens when I hit my plan's limit?
On the Free plan, once you hit the monthly limit of items or requests, you'll need to wait for the next cycle or upgrade to a paid plan. On paid plans, the limits are a reference for the expected size of the operation — talk to us if your operation is growing beyond your current plan.
How does item availability work?
MenuDot factors in the period the customer chooses, the quantity available and the rentals already booked to help identify what can be requested for that window.
Does MenuDot manage inventory?
MenuDot has a simple inventory control built for rental businesses. The goal is to track quantities, availability, reservations and items currently rented out, without replacing more complex inventory systems.
How does the Inteligente plan's AI work?
The business defines what matters most about its inventory and can teach MenuDot which criteria to consider. The AI uses that information to help customers find options that match what they're looking for.
How does the custom domain work?
It's a separate paid add-on on any plan — talk to us to activate it. On Sob Medida projects, it's already included in the proposal.
What payment methods are available?
Credit card, with recurring monthly billing processed by Mercado Pago.
