Does MenuDot work for any kind of rental business?
Yes. The platform can be adapted to different kinds of inventory, such as games, books, costumes, party supplies, equipment and other rental products.
Do I need to install anything?
No. MenuDot runs online and the dashboard can be accessed from your browser.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. The business can change plans as the operation grows or needs new features — subscriptions have no commitment, just talk to us and we'll adjust it for you.
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
Yes. Billing is recurring via Mercado Pago and you can cancel at any time, with no penalty.
What happens when I hit my plan's limit?
Once you reach your plan's item limit, you can't activate new items until you free up slots or change plans. Talk to us to raise the limit.
How does item availability work?
MenuDot shows the customer item availability for the chosen period, based on the information the business registers in the catalog.
Does MenuDot manage inventory?
Not at the moment. MenuDot does not do inventory control or operational rental management.
How does the Inteligente plan's AI work?
The business defines what matters most about its inventory and can teach MenuDot which criteria to consider. The AI uses that information to help customers find options that match what they're looking for.
How does the custom domain work?
It's a separate paid add-on on any plan — talk to us to activate it. On Sob Medida projects, it's already included in the proposal.
What payment methods are available?
Credit card, with recurring monthly billing processed by Mercado Pago.
